ADMA2025 Social Events

Day 1: Welcome Party

The Welcome Party will be held at the International Exchange Hall in the Centennial Clock Tower, Kyoto University. Please be sure to bring your Participant Name Badge in order to attend the Welcome Party.

  • Start Time: Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 18:30.
  • Location: International Exchange Hall , Floor 2 of the conference venue.




Day 2: Banquet

The Banquet will be held at Hotel Okura Kyoto. Please be sure to bring your Participant Name Badge in order to attend the Banquet.

  • Start Time: Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 19:00.
  • Location: Hotel Okura Kyoto.
  • Address: 537-4 Ichinofunairi-cho, Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City.
A shuttle bus will be provided to the banquet venue. The shuttle bus will be stationed at the location indicated on the map below. It will display a sign reading “ADMA2025” — please confirm this when boarding. The bus will depart at 18:30, so please be sure to arrive on time.

Day 1 -- Day 3: Lunch

If you would like a lunch box, please come to the reception desk between 12:00 and 13:00 each day, and present your participant name badge.
If you do not wish to have a lunch box, please refer to the Lunch Map for nearby dining options.
