4. On-site Presentation Policy
In principle, all oral and poster presentations must be delivered on-site.
If you are unable to attend due to visa issues or other force majeure reasons, the registrant of the paper must send an email to the PC Chairs (chuanx@ist.osaka-u.ac.jp, cao@c.titech.ac.jp) with the subject line:
“ADMA2025 Video Presentation Request – Paper ID XXX”no later than October 3, 2025. Please also indicate the paper title, paper category (full / short / poster), and registrant’s name. Authors will be notified of the decision by October 5, 2025.
If approval is granted, oral presentation authors should prepare a video presentation of the same length as specified above; poster presentation is not required anymore. This video will be included in the conference materials, but it will NOT be played during the on-site sessions. Detailed instructions will be provided to the requesters.
Please note that if a video presentation is approved, the paper's registrant will no longer be eligible to attend the conference in person.
5. Presentation Slot
The detailed presentation schedule will be announced to authors before the conference.
