Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines

Please be informed that the deadline for submitting the camera-ready paper for different types of papers are as follows. Late submission will not be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Deadline for submitting camera-ready paper:

  • Full Paper: August 12, 2025 (AoE)
  • Regular Paper: August 21, 2025 (AoE)

Please follow the following steps in preparation for your camera-ready paper:

Step 1:

Format your paper according to the LNCS template and generate the corresponding PDF file of your manuscript. Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. Please ensure the latest template from the above link is used for camera-ready submission. Adding authors is not allowed, but changing author order is permitted.

Please name the PDF file as ADMA_XXX_paper.pdf, where XXX is your paper ID.

Paper length:

  • Full Paper: papers must not exceed 15 pages, including all text, figures, references and appendices.
  • Regular Paper: papers must not exceed 8 pages, including all text, figures, references and appendices.

Step 2:

Download the contact.zip (click here) and complete ADMA_XXX_authors.xlsx file.

Please rename the file by replacing XXX with your paper ID.

Please provide the following information within the file:

  1. (1) paper type;
  2. (2) paper ID;
  3. (3) paper title;
  4. (4) authors' names of the paper, separated by semicolons;
  5. (5) corresponding author's name;
  6. (6) corresponding author's email;
  7. (7) suggested abbreviated running head of the paper.

Step 3:

Download the copyright.zip (click here) and complete the License-to-Publish form. The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign the License-to-Publish form, through which the copyright for their paper is transferred to Springer. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

Note that:

  1. We do not accept digital signatures, so please make sure that all forms have been signed in ink.
  2. One author may sign on behalf of all the authors of a particular paper.
  3. Scan the completed copyright form in electronic format (in PDF) and rename it to be ADMA_XXX_cr.pdf, where XXX is your paper ID.
  4. Authors employed by US Government contractors or US Government departments may have to sign an alternative form. It is imperative that such authors contact their legal departments and also get in touch with Springer as soon as their papers has been accepted. If only a fraction of the authors of a paper require an alternative form, then two forms will be needed for that paper. Please contact celine.chang@springer.com for more details.

Step 4:

Prepare your paper source files. Note that you should include all the source files, e.g., if you are using Latex, then you should include all the associated style files, special fonts and files for all figures, or Word files.

Create a folder named ADMA_XXX_source_files, where XXX is your paper ID.

Put all the source files in this folder.

Step 5:

Create a folder named ADMA_XXX, where XXX is your paper ID.

Please place the following files in the folder ADMA_XXX:

  1. (1) PDF file of your paper from Step 1;
  2. (2) ADMA_XXX_authors.xlsx from Step 2;
  3. (3) the license-to-publish form from Step 3;
  4. (4) paper source files from Step 4.

Step 6:

Zip up the folder from Step 5 and name it as ADMA_XXX.zip, where XXX is your paper ID. The size of the zip file must not exceed 50MB.

Step 7:

Submit the zip file from Step 6 to the CMT system.
